Update on Burr Play Fields 

As you probably know, the project to establish high quality athletic fields adjacent to the Burr School has not gone as planned. Derek Mannion, Director of Maintenance for the city's Parks & Recreation Department, has been working hard to get the project back on track so that the fields can be made available for recreation purposes.

Today, the Parks & Rec Commissioner, Marc Welch, released two letters addressed to abutters of Burr School and to abutters of the Burr School fields. However, these letters should be brought to the attention of everyone in the Burr community.
