Friends, family, and other members of the community are welcome, too.

2025 World Culture Fair

Sign Up for the 2025 World Culture Fair!

You’re invited to participate in our 2025 World Culture Fair!
This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate diversity and showcase the unique traditions, foods, and history of different countries.

Let us know a country you’d like to represent.
Multiple families can represent the same country!
We’ll connect families who choose the same country so you can collaborate.

Your table can include a poster board, clothing, artwork, map, flag, customs, traditional clothing, or other visuals, and food samples (optional) - Families providing samples can be reimbursed up to $25 toward food.

Can you perform a traditional song, dance, or sport?
We’d love to feature you on stage during the fair!

If you have any questions or would like to sign up, please email Kiki Williams at kiki@burrpto.org.

Sound Science Workshop

“What is Sound? How do we hear? What is pitch? In this workshop we use lots of fun activities to show the science behind sound. Students make their own model ear drums, experiment with how sound travels, and build lots of devices that generate sound in different ways. This workshop definitely turns up the volume on science.”
