School has started, fall is in the air and it is time to start raising money for all the incredible things the Burr PTO does at our school. Every fall, Burr PTO has a fundraising campaign that raises a significant portion of its budget. This year, the PTO is launching the Burr Wolf Fund. For those of you who know Gift for Burr, the Burr Wolf Fund is the same idea, just with a new name and logo. For those of you new to Burr, the Burr Wolf Fund is the school's annual written fundraising appeal. Please look for the Burr Wolf Fund letter in your child's folder on September 26.What does the Burr PTO pay for? Creative Arts and Sciences (CAS) provides multiple curriculum-aligned programs at each grade level. CAS is fully funded by the PTO. The PTO purchases technology, like interactive projectors, for use in the classroom. The PTO also funds other curriculum and enrichment programs, community building events, teacher supplies, the 5th grade fund and more.
