Parent Principal Coffee, December 6 (new date), Re: School Start Times
The Parent Principal Coffee to discuss school start times has been moved to December 6 at 8:30. We apologize for the late notice. Unfortunately, the presenter encountered a last minute scheduling conflict on November 17 so we had to move the meeting to December 6.
At the meeting, Ellen Gibson, a school committee member, will make a presentation about the working group's findings on school start times and possible new scenarios for school times in Newton and she will answer questions. Many of the possible scenarios will affect elementary school start (and dismissal) time. Please consider attending the Parent Principal Coffee to learn more about this important topic.
If you are unable to attend the meeting at Burr, please consider attending one of the other presentations on school start times. Burr families are welcome to attend any of these upcoming presentations.
