Lunar New Year Celebration
On January 28, 16 families gathered at Burr School Cafetorium and celebrated Lunar New Year's day. The event was co-organized by Burr families who celebrate this traditional holiday, i.e. Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese. In the potluck party, families shared some authentic home-made foods, and right afterwards children went up on stage and showed talents in singing, dancing, and instrument playing individually or in groups, which pushed the event to its most memorable moments. Casual sports were played in the gym in the meantime.
