Volunteers Needed

As we close out this school year, we have some volunteer needs for next Fall. Please feel free to email info@burrpto.org if you need more information. 

• We'd like to get together a committee to organize the Back to School Event before we leave for the summer, as this will come up quickly at the start of the year. In the past this has involved pizza orders, securing a DJ and working to find an ice cream vendor.  New ideas always welcome!
• We also need a couple of volunteers to lead Picture day!  This involves working with Coffee Pond, scheduling with the classes  and getting out the order info to Burr Families. 
• We are looking for a 5th Grade Coordinator for Understanding Our Differences - Help deliver 2 programs to the class over the course of the year. Solicit and coordinate volunteers, help run the events day-of. Each program takes 2-3 hrs day of and 1 hr of prep.
• Web Site Editors/Burr Buzz Editors - Looking for a couple of creative, internet-savvy volunteers to help keep our website updated. Buzz  Editors rotate weekly to publish the school newsletter. This is an ongoing commitment, but one that doesn't take up a lot of time and is flexible.
