CORI/SORI Forms for Volunteers

If you are interested in volunteering in the school this year for library, CAS events, or chaperoning field trips, don't forget to ensure you have a current CORI/SORI form filled out. 

    1. Forms can be found here, or at the front office. 

    2. Bring your photo ID and forms to the front office, and Ms. Studley can assist you to process the form. 

    3. Plan accordingly. Please drop-off forms as soon as possible, they can take up to (2) weeks to process. 

Note: at drop-off and dismissal there is a lot going on at the front office, so if you are able to come a little outside of those times, that is helpful.

Even if you have filled out in previous years, they are valid for 3 years so be sure yours is current.
